- Not returnable: opened/used patches, not in original packaging, after 14 days, final-sale/promotional items (unless faulty).
- Faulty/incorrect items: we replace, credit, or refund; we cover return shipping.
- Other returns: customer pays tracked return shipping.
- Refund timing: within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.
