Changed your mind? You have 30 days — and returning is simple.

Your return window

As a consumer in the EU you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. On top of that, VIVITSTAR voluntarily extends this to a full 30 days from delivery — so you have plenty of time to decide.

Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, packs whose seal has been opened cannot be returned — unless the product is defective. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we state otherwise.

How to return in 3 steps

1. Email hello@vivitstar.com within the return window, stating your order number and which products you'd like to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form below.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. You then have 14 days to send the products back — we recommend a tracked service.
3. Once we've received and checked your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Email hello@vivitstar.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

To: VIVITSTAR, hello@vivitstar.com — I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [product(s)]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date and signature of consumer (signature only if this form is submitted on paper).
