1) Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
We aim to ship within 36 hours, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Email hello@vivitstar.com with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return steps below.
2) Returning Products (After Delivery)
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if items are:

Unopened and unused

In their original, sealed packaging

In resalable condition
To start a return, email hello@vivitstar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3) Items We Can’t Accept Back (For Hygiene & Safety)

Opened or used transdermal patches

Products not in their original packaging

Items requested for return after 14 days

Final sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
Our patches are single-use topical items; strict hygiene rules apply.
4) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email hello@vivitstar.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

A short description of the issue

Photos of the product/packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
5) Refunds
When your return is approved and received:

We issue a refund to your original payment method

We process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving your return

You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done
Notes:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

If your order included a promotion/discount, your refund reflects the discounted amount.
6) Return Shipping

If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility.

Need a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original per the steps above. We’ll refund the original once received and inspected.
