What are VIVITSTAR patches?
Wearable wellness patches, each with a carefully composed blend designed to support a specific goal — energy, focus, sleep, immunity, weight management or healthy ageing. Every pack contains 30 patches: a full month of daily use.

How do the patches work?
Each patch releases its blend gradually through the skin over the hours you wear it, so the support is spread across your day rather than taken in one go. Our patches are wellness products designed to support your routine — they are not medicines and do not treat, cure or prevent any condition.

How long do I wear a patch?
Apply one patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin (upper arm, shoulder or wrist works well) and wear it during the day, for up to around 8 hours. Dream Star is the exception: apply it in the evening and wear it overnight. Use a fresh patch each day.

Are the patches kind to skin?
The patches use a gentle, skin-friendly adhesive and are comfortable to wear all day. Everyone's skin is different, though — if you notice redness or irritation, remove the patch and let the area rest. Vary the placement spot from day to day.

When will I notice a difference?
Honestly: it varies from person to person, and some people notice little at first. We recommend giving your Star 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use as part of a healthy routine before judging the effect.

Can I combine different Stars?
Yes. Many customers wear a daytime Star (such as energy or focus) and switch to Dream Star in the evening. Follow the usage guidance on each pack.

Can I use the patches during pregnancy or with medication?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Our patches complement a healthy lifestyle and are never a substitute for medical advice.

Is there a discount if I order more than one pack?
Yes — order 2 packs and get 10% off, order 3 or more and get 20% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart; no code needed. Orders over €40 also ship free.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands is €3.95. Rates for Belgium and the rest of the EU depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Orders over €40 ship free — applied automatically.

How fast will my order arrive?
Order on a business day before 4:00 PM and we dispatch the same day. Delivery is typically 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and 2–4 business days in Belgium and the rest of the EU. Exact estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way you'll automatically receive a track & trace link by email, so you can follow it door to door.

My parcel is delayed — what now?
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@vivitstar.com and we'll chase it up for you straight away.

Returns & payment

Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Products need to be unused and in their original packaging. Just email hello@vivitstar.com to start a return; full details are in our returns & refund policy.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry about that. Email hello@vivitstar.com within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after the package has shipped.

Does VIVITSTAR™ ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! No import duties and fees.

What are the shipping times?

Orders placed with standard shipping typically take between 5 to 10 business days and with priority 3-8 business days for delivery worldwide. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If you need any assistance with your order, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

What about the refund process?

You are welcome to return your order for a full refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (you), and unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping fees. Don’t worry, though – we’re here to help! Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

In the rare case that you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we've got you covered. You can choose between a replacement or a refund. Just be sure to notify us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll handle the rest. Reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the process, hassle-free!

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!

Please contact us with 2-3 clear photos of the issue, and let us know if you'd prefer a replacement or a refund. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to guide you through the process. Once your refund is processed or your replacement is on the way, we’ll send you an email update.
We always aim to resolve these issues promptly and appreciate the chance to make things right!

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed, as our warehouse begins processing them immediately.

I'm an influencer or content creator. Can I work with you?

Absolutely! Just contact us and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I wear multiple patches at a same time?

Yes, you can wear multiple patches simultaneously, but we recommend using caution and limiting it to no more than two patches at a time. It's important to choose patches with complementary benefits and avoid pairing patches with opposing effects.

Are the patches safe for children or teenagers to use?

Our patches are primarily designed for adults. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using them on children, especially considering your child's specific health condition. While many of our patches contain essential vitamins and minerals, it is important to ensure they are safe and suitable for children, given their unique needs.

The exceptions are the Pimple Patches, Anti-Mosquito Patches, and Sun Patches, which are safe for children to use.

We strongly advise seeking advice from your pediatrician or a medical specialist. They can provide tailored recommendations based on your child's medical history, dietary habits, and overall health.

Skin sensitivity notice

Our patches use a skin-friendly adhesive designed for topical use. However, skin sensitivity can vary from person to person.

If you have very sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to adhesives, we recommend testing the patch on a small area before full use.

If redness, itching, or irritation occurs, remove the patch immediately and discontinue use. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

Can I use VIVITSTAR™ patches while taking antibiotics?

If you are currently taking antibiotics or other medication, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using VIVITSTAR™ patches.

Medication can influence how your body responds to supplements or wellness products, so professional guidance is always the safest option.

Can I use VIVITSTAR™ patches if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

VIVITSTAR™ patches are designed for general wellness use. However, individual needs can vary, especially if you have an existing medical condition.

If you have a medical condition or specific health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using our patches. They can provide guidance based on your personal situation.

We are a Dutch company based in Amsterdam, and we primarily ship our products across the Netherlands, Europe, the UK, and the USA. We collaborate closely with our suppliers to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the production process. Our supplier, is the largest patch manufacturer in the world, with over 50 years of expertise. They hold several internationally recognized certifications, including:
