Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Method
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 3-8 business days for a flat rate of $8.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days for a flat rate of $6.

Special Offers on Shipping
We want to make it easier for you to enjoy our products, so we’ve designed special shipping deals:

  • Buy 2 Patches: When you buy 2 patches, we will give you a third patch for free and halve the shipping costs!

  • Buy 4 or More Patches: When you buy 4 patches, we will cover the shipping costs entirely. No shipping fees for you!

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may occasionally impact delivery. We recommend not relying on exact delivery dates, especially during peak seasons.

For orders with Priority Shipping, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days. With Standard Shipping, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives in a timely and safe manner. The shipping method will be selected based on the destination and the size/weight of the order.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Address or Non-Latin Characters
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and written using Latin characters (e.g., A-Z, 0-9). Incorrect or incomplete information, or the use of non-Latin characters (such as Chinese, Cyrillic, or other scripts), may result in delivery issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries caused by these errors. In such cases, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue, including possible reshipping costs.

To avoid delays, we recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

If you need to modify your order or change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.
